T-cell Subset Protein Atlas Independent Project
Working with Dr. Han Zhu, Stanford School of Medicine, I created a protein atlas which characterizes murine T-cell subsets. I noticed there is no free database which shares information on murine immune cell markers so I created this page. The purpose of this platform is to provide researchers with marker information to increase workflow efficiency in murine experimentation and immune cell characterization. In addition to it’s applicability to a wide scope of studies, a protein atlas is especially useful in single cell RNA sequencing analysis.
